OUR PROCESS
LET'S MEET
We will set up a quick 30-minute phone call to discuss the specifics of your potential project and determine if we are a good fit and have schedules that work for both.
PROPOSAL CREATION
Once a meeting has taken place and the scope has been discussed and necessary assets have been provided, we will submit a proposal for review.
CONCEPT CREATION
Upon receipt of your deposit and after all assets have been provided, we will begin developing concepts. The quantity of options, reviews, and revisions will be determined in the proposal.
WHERE THE MAGIC HAPPENS
Once a concept has been agreed upon, the remaining elements from the project will be created.
BUILDING OUR TEAM
When all of the elements of the project are approved, we will seek out fabricators to provide pricing for the project and present all of the pricing to the client for approval.
QUALITY CONTROL
Once a fabricator is chosen and all of the documents have been provided to the fabricator, the project will go into production. We will stay involved in this phase all the way to installation.
PUNCH WALK
Once the project is completed, we will travel to the site and do a punch walk and ensure all of the elements match the design intent.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Every project is different. An in-depth custom signage package will cost more than a monument sign design. The more we are involved in the project, the more it will cost. The most successful projects are ones where Studio 618 is part of the process from conceptualization to installation. Once we have a chat about your project, we will be able to provide a custom proposal to you.

Project costs can run from $2,500 to $25,000+. Again, the project price depends on scope (specifically our involvement, quantity of options, sign quantities, etc.). Please reach out to set up a call to go over your project.

If it is for a custom signage project, please provide floor plans and elevations to determine the sign quantity. That helps us determine how to accurately price the project. The more information, the better is what we would say in general.

You will receive all presentations as PDFs in Google Drive link or directly by email (depending on file size).

The timeline for projects varies depending on the scope. The turnaround time for every deliverable ranges between 1 week and 3 weeks. It depends on what the deliverable is. All of this will be spelled out in the proposal. If you want work quicker, we do have a rush fee.

We will start your project as soon as you provide the deposit. Exact terms are listed in the proposal. Also, we need assets to be provided prior to starting (floor plans, elevations, branding, interior design color palette and finishes, etc.).

We work with all types of clients! Our clients range from developers and signage fabricators to small businesses and design firms.

Yes, we can travel all over the country and have! Our projects span 36 cities and 13 states. Travel will be factored into the proposal.
